How ViTi is made

I optimize geometry to combine strength and safety with lower weight and a coherent, intentional aesthetic, based on my research: “An Organizing Geometry Framework: a conceptual model integrating functional and perceptual structures in design.”
PROTOTYPING & TESTING / PROTOTYPING & TESTING
Each form goes through its own prototyping, measurement and testing process. I use 3D printing, wood and prototype materials selected for each product to verify geometry, function and components. Only then is the final 1:1 model built and subjected to further usability tests.
SERIAL PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL / SERIAL PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
I combine production repeatability with workshop-level attention to execution. Defined standards, parameters and processes ensure consistency between production runs, while stage-by-stage quality control allows every unit to be refined before completion.
